(Milford)…At approximately 10:00 pm March 6, 2010 The Milford Police Department executed a search warrant at 1411 6th Street Lot 101 in Milford. The search turned up several bags of a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana and a substance believed to be Methamphetamine plus several drug paraphernalia items.
Chad Szaflarski, 21, and Sierra Szaflarski, 19, who both live at the residence.. Jonathen Barber,22, Spirit Lake and Nathaniel Wolthuis, 29, Everly were booked into the Dickinson County Jail on various drug related charges including possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Some of the charges were enhanced due to being located witin a thousand feet of a school.
The Milford Police Department was assisted by the Arnolds Park and Okoboji Police Departments and the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
