(Spencer)..On March 11, 2010 the Spencer Police Department conducted an investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics. Evidence discovered led to charging Joshua Haburn, 22, Spencer, with possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, A Class C Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A warrant was issued for Haburn’s arrest. Haburn was located driving a vehicle upon his arrest. This led to additional charges of Operating While Intoxicated, 1st Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Haburn is being held at the Clay County Jail on bond. The Spencer Police Department is a member of theI owa Lakes Drug Task Force.
