(Windom, Mn.)– A single-vehicle crash this (Tuesday) morning on Highway 60 just east of Brewster, Mn. injured a Windom, Mn. man.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 27-year-old Mariah Levisen of Windom was driving a 1999 GMC Jimmy westbound in the left lane when the vehicle left the road and went into the median. Troopers say Levisen then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to come back up into the westbound lanes of the highway. It then skidded sideways, flipped onto the highway, and rolled back into the median…coming to rest on its wheels.
Levisen was taken to Sanford Hospital in Worthington where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury.
The vehicle was totaled.
The crash took place shortly before 7:30 a.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
