(Everly)– The ex-boyfriend of an Everly woman is accused of entering the woman’s home when she wasn’t there and damaging her personal property.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Brandon Harris of rural Everly has been charged with theft in the third degree…a class “D” felony…in connection with the incident, which took place July 21st.
According to authorities, Harris became upset with the woman after learning she was dating someone else.
Harris was booked into the Clay county jail.
