(Spencer)– A man arrested on a warrant out of O’Brien county now faces drug charges in Clay county.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says an arrest warrant was issued for 29-year-old Timothy Warden who was wanted for possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.
Warden turned himself in to authorities Thursday.
