Clay County Traffic Stop Results In Drug Arrest (1)

(Spencer)– A gillett Grove man faces drug and OWI charges as the result of a traffic stop Friday on Highway 18 near Dickens.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Christopher Quail. After observing some suspicious activity, authorities searched the vehicle and found what’s alleged to be marijuana, drug paraphernalia and open beer cans.

Quail was arrested and booked into the Clay county jail on charges of operating while intoxicated, open container, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
