(Sheldon)– A hit-and-run collision Tuesday on Highway 18 in O’Brien county resulted in minor injuries.
The Iowa State Patrol says 55-year-old Nancy Woelber of Sheldon was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier eastbound when an oncoming vehicle crossed the center line and sideswiped her. The vehicle then left the scene.
Woelber sustained minor injuries but wasn’t taken to the hospital.
Damage to her vehicle was estimated at $2,500.
Troopers say the crash took place shortly before 5:00 p.m.
It remains under investigation.
