November 22, 2014

(Ocheyedan)– A search warrant executed back on September 30th at a residence in Ocheyedan turned up a juvenile runaway from Rembrandt and resulted in charges against two people, including one who lives at the residence.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 44-year-old James Bolt of Cherokee and 38-year-old Rebecca Ebbers of Ocheyedan were arrested and charged with harboring a runaway child…an aggravated misdemeanor; and interference with official acts…a simple misdemeanor.

Bolt and Ebbers were booked into the Osceola county jail on a $2,300 cash bond.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Cherokee Police Department.
