(Sibley)– A Sibley man faces drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant on his residence Wednesday at 520 7th Street in Sibley.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies found a green leafy substance alleged to be marijuana.
36-year-old Ellis Hargis was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…third offense; and prohibited acts…both aggravated misdemeanors…and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Hargis was released from jail after posting bond.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the Iowa State Patrol.
