(Emmetsburg)– A Spencer man wanted on a warrant out of Palo Alto county was taken into custody last week during a traffic stop in Spencer.
25-year-old Jonathan Sutherland was wanted on a warrant for contempt of court on original charges of possession of methamphetamine, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sutherland was unable to post a $3,100 cash only bond and was transferred to Palo Alto county authorities where he was booked into jail.
