“The official time of the event, Steve, is from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. in downtown Spirit Lake. We’ve got Ray Tucker spinning the oldies again this year, got a lot of non profits that will be serving food…everything from pulled pork sandwiches to walking tacos and grilled brats, burgers or hotdogs…things like that. Funnel cakes will be set up again this year, so we’re excited about that. And a lot of businesses downtown will remain open for the evening, also.”

Andera says they’re expecting a wide range of vintage automobiles from throughout the region again this year…(click here for comment.) “It’s our biggest event that we sponsor, you know, as far as the number of people. The weather looks like it’s going to be fantastic; it’s not going to be too hot, so. One of the neat things about this car show, Steve, is that there’s no registration for the participants so they can come and go as they like or pull in for an hour, two or three.”

The event is being sponsored by the Okoboji Motor Company.
