(Spencer)—A Spirit Lake man wanted on a warrant out of Clay county charging him with theft was arrested late last week.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Andrew Phillips was arrested Friday by authorities in Dickinson county on a warrant issued by the Spencer Police Department charging him with theft in the 2nd degree.
Phillips was turned over the Clay county authorities and was booked into jail on a $5,000 bond.
