(Worthington, Mn.)—A two-vehicle collision yesterday (Mon.) afternoon on Interstate 90 in Nobles county sent one person to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 53-year-old Daniel Cowan of Wilmont, Minnesota was driving a 1997 Chevrolet truck and 31-year-old Christopher Wyldes of Menno, South Dakota was driving a 2007 Freightliner. Troopers say both were headed east when they sideswiped each other.
Cowan was taken by ambulance to Sanford Hospital in Worthington with non-life threatening injuries. No injuries were reported to Wyldes.
The truck driven by Cowan was totaled; minor damage was reported to the semi driven by Wyldes.
The collision took place shortly after 1:30 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Worthington ambulance and paramedics.
