Spencer Man Charged After Allegedly Threatening To Burn Down A House

(Spencer)—A Spencer man has been arrested on a charge of making terroristic threats after allegedly leaving messages saying he was going to burn down a house with a person he had a disagreement with inside it.

Spencer police say they arrested 45-year-old Randy Newcomb of Spencer yesterday (Sun.) in connection with the threat made this past Thursday.

Newcomb was booked into the Clay county jail.
