(Emmetsburg)—Three people wanted on warrants by authorities in Marshall county were taken into custody over the weekend after they were found at a residence in Ruthven.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says it received word Saturday evening the three suspects were wanted on warrants stemming from a theft in early July of $250,000 worth of silver, gold and other items in Marshalltown.
Giles Clark was arrested on warrants charging him with a probation violation for burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy, money laundering, ongoing criminal conduct and theft in the 1st degree. His bond was set at $55,000.
Christopher Mason was arrested on warrants charging him with theft in the 1st degree, on going criminal conduct, burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $47,000. Mason was also arrested on Palo Alto county charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond on those charges was set at $25,000.
Also taken into custody was Renae Mason who wanted on a Marshall county warrant charging her with possession of stolen property. Her bond was set at $2,000.
