Both DeBoer and Galm are sophomores at Iowa Lakes. DeBoer from Hartley, IA is currently a Nursing student and will graduate this summer with her Associates Degree in Nursing after two years and will become a Registered Nurse. Galm from Spencer, IA is an Ag Transfer student and will transfer to Iowa State University where she will be an Ag Education Major.
"Both these young women will be very successful in their lives. They were pretty quiet on the ride home and replayed both days and said they could've saved a few strokes here and there. I am proud of the way they have worked both on and off the course. They are great young women and I feel very proud to have coached them." Said Coach Andy Soper.
