Sat 9-13-2014

Remsen-Union hung with Harris-Lake Park's high powered offensive attack for two and a half quarters on Friday night, but the Wolves scored three touchdowns in the final five minutes of the third to run away with a 61-36 victory in the opening week of 8 Player District 2 Football. HLP had chances to score early in the game, but turned the ball over twice in RU territory. The score was 6-6 after one quarter. He also had two fumble recoveries and an interception on defense. Ryan Gembler had seven carries for 115 yards and two touchdowns. Jordan Kyle caught four touchdown passes.
