Estherville Baseball Has Big 1st Inning To Defeat Emmetsburg
Estherville started hot in their lakes conference baseball game against Emmetsburg, scoring 8 runs in the first inning en route to an 11 - 0 victory over Emmetsburg in 5 innings on Wednesday night. In the first inning, ELC would send 12 batters to the plate scoring 8 runs on 8 hits. They would add 3 more runs in the 4th inning on 4 hits and end the game in 5 innings. They would finish with 11 runs on 12 hits and they were led by Alec Wycoff who went 3 - 4 with an RBI and Carsten Bosch and Corey Reeves were each 1 - 3 with 2 RBI's.
