Manson dominated the game from start to finish. The E’hawks would get the opening kickoff but go 3 and out. On Manson’s opening drive they scored thanks to a 42 yard TD run by quarterback Alex Bush at the 7:57 mark in the 1st. Coy Snell would score 2 touchdowns in the first half and the cougars led 21-0 at halftime. In the 3rd quarter, Manson tacked on 2 more scores and put the game out of reach. Emmetsburg would finally get on the board late in the 4th quarter on a 10 yard touchdown run by sophomore Wesley Schultes.
Manson was led by quarterback Alex Bush as rushed for 72 yards and 1 touchdown and was 8-13 passing for 113 yards and 1 touchdown. Manson would outgain Emmetsburg 377-152. It would be the lowest output for yardage by Emmetsburg this season. The E’hawks finish their season at 5-5 and Manson improves to 8-2 and will be at Fort Dodge St. Edmond on Monday November 4th
