The Spirit Lake Softball team will host the KUOO/State Farm
Spirit Lake Invitational, today, which includes Okoboji, Estherville-Lincoln
Central, Sibley-Ocheydan, Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire, and eleven other
teams. The first of today’s 24 games
start at ten on four fields.
The Indians face Mason City,
this morning (11:45), Westwood, this afternoon (3:15), and Sioux Center,
this evening (6:45).
Okoboji has games today against West Bend Mallard (10 am),
Lawton/Bronson (1:30 pm), and Estherville-Lincoln Central (5 pm). ELC will also face West Bend Mallard and
Lawton/Bronson.
The Clay Central-Everly softball team beat South O’Brien,
8-3, last night, Sibley-Ocheydan fell, 8-3, to Sheldon.
