The season came to an end for the SLPO girls’ soccer team as they lost to Spencer 7-2 in Class 2A Region 2. Claire Turner with 2 goals for SLPO in the game. They finish the season with a record of 12-2 with the only losses to Spencer. SLPO says goodbye to eight seniors. Spencer improves to 13-4 and will participate in a regional final Thursday night against either North Polk or Boone.
