Quotes from John Adams
“We are really proud of the girls and how they responded in that second half. We struggled to get much going in the first half and let Boyden-Hull get too comfortable on offense. The girls did a great job in that second half of picking up their intensity as well of taking care of the basketball better. Ava had a phenomenal second half and was big for us getting to the rim as well as hitting some big free throws. Lynnae hit six threes on the night and continues to shoot it at a high level. Carly was very solid on both ends of the court, Olivia and Courtney each hit some big shots and Lydia, Zoe and Emma were big for us off the bench in that second half. We challenged the girls after our first six games to find our identity on the defensive end of the court and we’ve done that the last three games. We’ll take some time off for Christmas Break now and then get ready for the second half of the season with practices later next week. This is a very fun group to be around and we’re excited to keep this positive momentum going.”
