Quotes from John Adams
“I loved our energy and effort all night long; we came out very aggressive and played with confidence, taking a lead on an excellent team midway through the second quarter, but the run at the end of the half really hurt us and got them going. Central Lyon is ranked #2 for a reason, they play incredibly hard, are very well coached, have a strong inside game and have one of the best players in the State with Klosterbeur. I felt like we did a good job on her for the most part and she still ends up with 24 points, which is a credit to her and her teammates. We need to rebound better, and that’s on me as we need to emphasize that more in practice, and I know this group will respond to that challenge.”
