Quotes from Coach Adams
“We are just so happy for this group to pull out a victory over a really good West Lyon team. These girls have stuck together and kept working and playing hard through some tough losses, and to see the excitement and joy on their faces after the game was awesome. Peyton had a great game and really got us going in the first half with 12 of her points, she was so active on the offensive glass with 9 offensive rebounds. Riley had another great game and helped us get the lead with some big buckets and free throws. Ava was great on both ends of the court and just does such a great job of leading this group. Brynn Ness had some great minutes for us and her flurry at the end of the third quarter really gave us some great momentum heading into the fourth quarter. To score 58 points against such a good defense like West Lyon will hopefully give us some confidence moving forward.”
