The Okoboji Boys Golf team placed second, yesterday, in a
Siouxland Conference Tournament at Emerald Hills Golf Course. Sibley-Ocheydan was first. The Generals’ Tristan Roetzel was the meet
medalist with a 37. Sibley-Ocheydan’s
Joe Storbakken was the runner-up medalist with a 38. Okoboji’s Tyler Ohl also shot a 38, to take
third place.
In a make-up match, on the Back Nine at Emerald Hills,
Sibley Ocheydan and Okoboji also placed first and second, respectively.
The Generals’ Grant Jaben was the Meet Medalist with a
38. Central Lyon’s
Luke DeJong also shot a 38. Tyler Ohl
and Ben DeMuth each shot 39s, for Okoboji.
