(Estherville, Iowa) The Iowa Lakes Softball team will be hosting two day camps this Spring, a Youth Camp and an Elite Softball Camp. The camps are separated by age and are available for students in grades kindergarten through 12th.
The Youth Camp will take place on Sunday, February 19, and will run from 1:00 to 3:00 PM for athletes in grades kindergarten through third and 3:30 to 5:30 PM for players in grades fourth through sixth. The camp will focus on offense and defense, where young athletes learn skills and drills from the Laker Softball Team. The Youth Camp costs $25.
The Elite Camp will take place on Sunday, February 26, for athletes in grades seventh through 12th. The camp will feature four sessions: outfield from 12:00 to 1:30 PM, hitting from 1:45 to 3:15 PM, infield from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, and pitching and catching from 5:15-6:15 PM.
Athletes will have the option to sign up for individual sessions or multiple sessions. When signing up for more than one session, a discount is automatically applied. The prices for the Elite Camp are: 1 Session is $35, 2 Sessions are $60, 3 Sessions are $80, or ALL Sessions are $100.
