Jackson Speedway Results (7)

The second visit of the Redline Racing Northstar Touring Series to the Jackson Speedway also provided the perfect background for the second appearance of IMCA A Modifieds during Mod Madness Night. The event marked the second of three nights of motorsports action at the 145th edition of the Jackson County Fair Thursday night, July 25.

A field of 88 racers turned out for racing action Thursday night.

Feature wins went to Nate Coopman in the Sport Compacts and Malik Sampson won the Hobby Stock feature, while Jason Andrews won the Sport Mod main event. Dustin Larson claimed the Stock Car feature checkers and in the Redline Racing Northstar Modified Feature, James Slawson claimed the IMCA A Modified Feature.

Action resumes this Saturday night, July 27, for the Sprint Car Triple Play, featuring the 410 cubic inch Winged Sprints of the University of Northern Ohio All Stars at historic half-mile on the Jackson County Fairgrounds. Also running will be the Last Deck JSTS 360 winged sprints, the Minniakota Micro Sprints and the Bohl’s Small Engine and Marine IMCA Sport Modifieds. Fireworks will also cap off the final night of the Jackson County Fair.
