The 19th ranked Iowa Lakes Men’s Basketball team defeated Ellsworth 79-78 to move to 15-6 on the season and 6-2 in conference play.
The Lakers were led by Deondre Parks with 20 points. Latrell Love added 18, Justin Sloter had 11, and Colton Neff had 10. Sloter hit his 11th point on a game winner with .1 seconds left on the clock.
Ellsworth was led by Robert Lee with 30.
The Lakers will travel to Ft. Dodge to play Iowa Central on Saturday. The tip will be at 3 pm. Their next home game will be next Wednesday February 12th vs NIACC. Tip will be at 7:30 pm.
