Cole Rutter won his 2nd round consolation 13-6 over Bryce Aldridge of Indianola. In his 3rd round consolation match he lost 7-3 to Gabe Carver of Urbandale. He will wrestle for 7th place Saturday afternoon against Kael Scranton of Iowa City West.
220 Pounds
Logan Huckfelt won his quarterfinal match 4-3 over Ayden Hoad of Le Mars. In the semifinals Friday night he lost a close one to Ralston Rumley of Dowling Catholic by the margin of 5-3. Logan will wrestle in the consolation semifinals Saturday morning against Cael Winter of Waukee Northwest. He can finish as high as 3rd or as low as 6th.
