Okoboji senior Carly Carstens signed her letter of intent Wednesday March 8th to attend Midland University next fall and continue her academic and basketball career. Carly loved the campus and it was everything she wanted for a university.
Okoboji coach John Adams says Midland is getting a great player that never gives up.
Midland University coach Shawn Gilbert shared a story about the recruiting process and how they were able to build a relationship with Carly.
Midland University is an NAIA school and participates in the GPAC.
