Dennis “Denny” Pork Chop Adams who ran D&B Chuckwagon for many years passed away Saturday, January 11th at the age of 73, in Remsen, Iowa. Denny is from the Spencer and Lakes areas.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Denny on Sunday, September 7th, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM at Lost Gar & Paddlefish Bar. The Robinson Funeral Home in Spirit Lake is in charge of arrangements.
Denny was born on February 27, 1951, to Walter R. and JoAnn L. (Daub) Adams in Council Bluffs, IA. He attended school in Sioux City and after school he worked as a construction contractor, bartender, and his most prized work was owning and operating the D&B Chuckwagon following auctions and the flea market for many years.
In his free time, he enjoyed visiting his grandchildren and hanging out with friends.
He is survived by his children, Jason Adams of Spencer and Jennifer (Victor) Fuentes of Tucson, AZ, grandchildren Ashlyn Housley, Dennis James Sanderson, Levi Sanderson, and Noah Sanderson, his siblings Rodney Adams, Debra Bowers, Elliot Adams, Stacey Adams, Tina Adams, Karen LaCour, and Terry Adams, as well as his aunt and uncles Melva Champion, Eddie Adams, and Frank Daub, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Mark Adams, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
