A funeral service for Barbara Altena, 68 years old, of Arnolds Park, Iowa will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, June 30, 2025 at First Presbyterian Church in Spirit Lake.
Private family graveside service will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center, Iowa.
Barbara passed away Friday, June 13, 2025 at Spencer Municipal Hospital in Spencer.
