(Hospers)– An investigation by the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office has landed a Worthington, Minnesota man in jail.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Agustin Ortiz-Quxian was arrested after deputies received a tip stating that Ortiz-Quxian, who is actually a Guatemalan national, was working illegally at Premium Iowa Pork in Hospers.
Upon further investigation it was determined that on December 12th, 2007 Ortiz-Quxian presented documents for employment that belonged to another person.
Ortiz-Quxian was arrested and charged with identity theft and forgery…both class “D” felonies. He was booked into the Sioux county jail.
