(Sioux City)– If your travels will be taking you to Sioux City anytime soon, expect some delays.
The Iowa Department of Transportation says maintenance work on Highway 75 in Plymouth county between county roads C-38 and C-80 will be getting underway Monday, April 6th…weather permitting.
The project will result in that stretch of Highway 75 being limited to one lane of traffic in each direction.
Crews hope to have the work finished by the end of May.
Motorists in that area should drive with extra caution, obey posted speed limits and other signs in the work area, and be aware that traffic fines double in construction zones.
