(Windom, Mn.)– The Minnesota State Patrol now says a woman who was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening on Highway 60 has died of her injuries.
The victim is identified as 23-year-old Hollie Mattison of Mountain Lake, Mn.
Authorities say she was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Blazer that drifted across the eastbound lane and went into the south ditch. Troopers say Mattison then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to roll, coming to rest on the passenger side, ejecting her.
Authorities say alcohol was a likely factor in the crash.
