(Spencer)– A Peterson woman accused of stealing a Sim card from her mother’s phone faces theft and drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says upon investigating, deputies charged 18-year-old Eva Jefferson with theft in the fifth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jefferson was arrested shortly after 8:00 p.m. Monday at a residence in Spencer.
She was booked into the Clay county jail pending an appearance before a magistrate.
