(Arnolds Park)– Organizers of the 2009 University of Okoboji Winter Games say the annual event will be held January 23rd, 24th and 25th.
New events will include an opry-style concert at the Sami Center; a tailgate at the Arnolds Park Pavilion; a Boy Scout Troop 152 food booth on the ice; and a hot chocolate booth at the Fireworks Extravaganza.
Cheerleader nomination forms will be available later in the month.
The next Winter Games Committee meeting will be held Monday, November 10th at 5:30 p.m. in the Hedberg Theatre at the Okoboji Spirit Center in Arnolds Park. Event schedules will be finalized at that time.
