Windom, Mn. Man Arrested On Burglary Charge

(Windom, Mn.)– The execution of a search warrant this past Thursday resulted in the arrest of a Windom, Minnesota man on a burglary charge.

The Windom Police Department says the warrant was executed shortly before 12 Noon at 103 9th Street in Windom as part of an investigation into some recent burglaries.

Officers found a .22 caliber rifle, a black cooler, an Oakley hat, battery charger, DeWalt tools and medical cards belonging to an individual who had reported those items as being stolen.

Police arrested 26-year-old Henry Alvarez-Hernandez who was charged with 1st degree burglary-occupied-non-accomplice present. He was booked into the Cottonwood County Jail. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
