(Jackson)- The westbound I-90 Des Moines River rest area near Jackson will reopen today (Thursday, June 16th), according to MnDOT. It originally closed late April for work on the parking lot and building itself, including work to the entrance and exit ramps.
The project has had good progress and will be finished approximately two weeks earlier than anticipated.
