(Spencer)– We’re learning some additional details into some national recognition recently bestowed upon Spencer Hospital. As we reported last week, Spencer Hospital has been named a top 20 Rural and Community Hospital. Brenda Tiefenthaler, President of Spencer Hospital, says that honor came on the heels of another one back in February of this year when the facility had been selected as a Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital for 2024…
