(Wahpeton)– Residents of Wahpeton are being asked to cut back on water usage as much as possible. The city has issued a “water watch”, siting a high demand and concern over capacity of the city’s water treatment plant.
In a statement, city officials say residents are encouraged to limit all nonessential water use from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm until further notice.
