(Primghar)– A Paullina man was injured early Saturday when a vehicle he was driving collided with a cow.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office tells KUOO news 50-year-old David Richter was driving a 2005 Chrysler van on a county road about five miles northwest of Primghar when he struck the animal in an intersection.
Richter sustained minor injuries, but a news release doesn’t say whether or not if he was taken to a hospital.
9,500-dollars in damage was estimated to the vehicle.
The collision took place shortly before 1:00 a.m.
