(Spencer)– Two Spencer residents have been arrested on drug charges.
Spencer police say 46-year-old Patrick Nemmers and 34-year-old Alexandra Goodwin were arrested shortly after 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The two were charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug parpahernalia.
Nemmers and Goodwin were booked into the Clay county jail.
