(Emmetsburg)– An investigation in Palo Alto county has led to drug charges against two people. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a probation check a little before 5:30 pm Tuesday resulted in a deputy observing drugs and drug paraphernalia. Authorities then applied for and obtained a search warrant on the residence at 3484 440th Avenue.
59-year-old Dwayne Gagen and 34-year-old Andrea Lee, both of Emmetsburg, were arrested and charged with 3rd offense possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
