(Primghar)– Trial for a Rock Rapids man accused of killing his mother at her home in Sheldon is being delayed once again.
41-year-old Nathaniel Kassel was charged with murder in the death of 62-year-old Jody Duskin. Duskin’s body was found in her home on March 23rd of this year. Kassel had also been charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and and dominion or control of a firearm by a felon. Those charges have since been dismissed.
Kassel’s trial on the murder charge had been set for June 20th. That has now been pushed back to October 17th.
