(Spirit Lake)– A traffic stop Friday in Spirit Lake resulted in charges against a Spirit Lake man.
Spirit Lake police say officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Timothy Mowery of Spirit Lake.
Upon investigating officers determined Mowery was intoxicated. A subsequent search resulted in authorities finding what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia on his person.
Mowery was booked into the Dickinson county jail on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated…second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and failure to maintain a safety belt.
