(Spencer)– A traffic stop earlier this week resulted in mutliple charges against a Gillett Grove man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle shortly before 5:00 p.m. Wednesday for a traffic stop. Upon investigating deputies found what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia.
The driver, identified as 54-year-old John Quail of Gillett Grove, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container.
He was booked into the Clay county jail.
