(Spencer)– A traffic stop last Wednesday evening in Spencer resulted in drug charges being filed against a Milford teen.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle shortly after 8:00 p.m. in the 400 block of 4th Avenue East in Spencer. Upon investigating, a 17-year-old male juvenile from Milford, who’s name wasn’t released, was arrested after the deputy found a small quantity of what’s alleged to be marijuana in the vehicle.
The teen was cited for underage possession of tobacco and was cited into juvenile court on charges of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released to the custody of his mother.
