(Spirit Lake)– A traffic stop early Sunday in Spirit Lake resulted in the arrest of a Spirit Lake man on a drug charge.
Spirit Lake police say an officer pulled over a 2002 Harley Davidson around 12:30 a.m. in the area of 30th Street and Center Lake Drive.
The driver, 20-year-old Samuel Stoller, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Upon further investigation, officers discovered what’s alleged to be prescription pills on Stoller, resulting in an additional charge of unlawful possession of prescription medication and criminal mischief in the 5th degree.
Stoller was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
