(Spencer)– A traffic stop early Saturday in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a LeMars woman on a drug charge.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over the vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, the deputy determined a passenger in the vehicle, 22-year-old Lindsey Louison of LeMars, was in possession of another person’s prescription drugs.
Louison was arrested and booked into the Clay county jail on a charge of possession of a prescription drug…a serious misdemeanor. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
